About CNLU Chief Security Officer Vacancy

The Chanakya National Law University (CNLU) 2025 Patna invites applications for the contractual position of Chief Security Officer. There is no last date, and applications will be accepted throughout the year. Applications will be processed periodically. The last date for submission of the duly filled-in online application form for the first round of selections is 18th January 2025.

Eligibility: Chief Security Officer Vacancy

• A graduate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized University.
• Applicant should have retired either from:
  • Paramilitary Forces and should have held not below the rank of Deputy Commandant or
  • Defense Forces of the Union and should have held not below the rank of Major or an equivalent position with exemplary services having at least 10 years of experience or
  • Police Forces of State Government and should have held not below the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police.
• Hold a valid driver’s license to ride a two- or four-wheeled vehicle.

Desirable Qualification: CNLU Chief Security Officer

• Completion of a course in firefighting or unarmed combat course.
• Should be able to speak & write in English.
• Working knowledge of Computer operation.

Selection Procedure

• Selection will be made purely based on the candidate’s previous record, and performance in the interview.
• The date of the Interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through their email. All correspondence with the applicant will be done through the same email id.
