About CPCB Legal Officer Recruitment

Central Pollution Control Board @ CPCB Online applications Recruitment Vacancy for Law/Legal Officer 2025, from the eligible candidates for direct recruitment for various posts on a regular basis for open competition.

Qualification: CPCB Legal Officer Recruitment

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized University or Institution; and
• Should have five years’ experience as an Officer of the State Judicial Service; or
• Should have five years’ experience in the Legal Department of a State; or
• Should be a Central Government servant, who has five years’ experience in legal affairs; or
• Should be a qualified legal practitioner, who has practiced as such for five years.

Note: The advocacy period shall be computed with the legal advice period for the required experience of five years.

Examination fee

• Type Total Charge 1. Two hours exam Rs. 750 exam fees + Rs. 250 for test session = Rs. 1000
• One hour exam Rs. 350 exam fees + Rs. 150 for test session = Rs. 500.
• The SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen and women are exempted from paying the examination fee.
• However, all candidates are required to register and pay a test session charge (Rs. 250/- for two two-hour tests and Rs. 150/- for a one-hour test) at the time of registration.
