University reserves the right to convert the vacant seats of SAARC countries, Non-SAARC Countries and ICCR / Govt. of India Nominees between the said categories, if candidates are available. If sufficient candidates are not available under Foreign National Category, University shall invite applications till the closure of admissions and seats will be filled as per merit. 3. Candidates possessing the citizenship of a foreign country shall ONLY be considered for admission under this category.
Qualification: NALSAR University of Law BA LLB Course 2025
- The candidate should have passed an examination recognised by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, as equivalent to Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) under the Indian System,, securing not less than 65% marks in the aggregate and should not be more than 25 years of age as on July 1, 2025.
- Candidates appearing / appeared in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for admission, but they should submit their result of the qualifying examination on or before June 1, 2025.
- Foreign Nationals are exempted from taking Common Law Admission Test-2025.
- Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit in their qualifying examination, i.e., 10+2 examination.

- Copy of a valid Foreign Passport;
- Copy of the marks statement of X Standard
- Copy of the statement of marks at the Qualifying Examination (i.e. an examination equivalent to 10+2) along with equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi. In case of certificates issued by Universities/ abroad in a language other than English, the candidate should submit copies translated to English certified by appropriate authority;
- Percentage Conversion Certificate from the School / Board in case of Grades in the qualifying examination.
- Copy of the Birth Certificate;
- Proof of payment of Application fee of Rs. 5,000/-.

Fee Structure
- Tuition Fee US $ 5,000 per annum or its equivalent in Indian Rupee + Rs.40,000/- for students from SAARC countries.
- US $10,000 per annum or its equivalent in Indian Rupee + Rs. 80,000/- for students from non-SAARC countries.
- Other Academic Charges (Library Fee, Exam Fee etc.) Rs. 15,000/- p.a.
- User Charges (Room Rent, Electricity, Water, Internet Charges etc.) Rs. 67,000/- p.a.
- One-time Payments Rs. 10,000/-
- Refundable Deposits Rs. 20,000/-
Note: BA LLB Course from Indian Law University 2025
- There shall be an increase of Rs.5,000/- p.a. for students from SAARC countries and Rs.10,000/- p.a. for students from non-SAARC countries in the Tuition Fee every academic year for the 5-year B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) Degree Programme.
- Payment towards Mess Charges shall be made separately by the students in advance on yearly basis which comes to Rs. 40,000/- p.a.
- The fees / charges are provisional and subject to revision as per the decision of University Bodies.
