Who should apply:
- Law students (preferably in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year program, or final year of a 3-year program)
- Strong interest in civil procedure, commercial law.
- Good research and drafting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
Location:
RERA tribunals, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court.
Mode:
Remote but the applicant should be available to visit courts for urgent matters and be ready to travel outstation for client meetings.
Duration:
4 weeks, with flexibility.
Stipend
Stipend will be payable subject to performance and certificates will be given at the end of the internship.
