- Role: Intellectual Property Law Intern (Full-Time)
- Location: Remote / Work-from-Home
- Stipend: ₹5,000/month (Increased to ₹10,000/month after 6 months, based on performance; further increments tied to demonstrated expertise and contribution.
- Duration: Minimum 6 months
What You’ll Do: StellarStart Global Internship
- Conduct legal research on trademark, copyright, and patent law (primarily in the US, UK, EU, and India).
- Assist in preparing IP search reports, application drafts, and client deliverables.
- Review and summarize relevant case law, legislation, and international IP frameworks.
- Support cease-and-desist strategies, takedown notices, and IP enforcement actions.
- Work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with clear deadlines and structured feedback.
Requirements: IP Internship
- Prior internship(s) in intellectual property law.
- Strong understanding of trademark and copyright law (additional exposure to patent law is a plus).
- Excellent research, legal writing, and analytical skills.
- A disciplined, reliable approach to remote work.
- Available for a minimum of 6 months (with scope for longer engagement).
