Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM through Google Meet / YouTube (Live)
What will you learn: Ashok Chaitanya & Associates Internship
This internship is purely educational and aimed at providing practical training of criminal litigation. No office work of the ACA will be assigned.
You will learn, in a systematic manner:
- Registration of FIR & stages of criminal investigation
- Filing of charge sheets, framing of charges
- Art of cross-examination & examination-in-chief
- Marking & exhibiting documents during witness examination
- Raising objections during witness’s examination
- Understanding forensic & biological evidence, their collection, packaging, sealing, and chain of custody
Live Q&A, doubt-clearing via phone or VC will be provided.
Learners from Delhi may also visit our office or accompany us to court if they wish.
Stipend
- No stipend
- 75% attendance mandatory for certificate
- Internship is learning-focused, not certificate-focused. Join only if you’re genuinely interested in gaining knowledge.
