NHAI Young Professional (Legal) – Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 32 years (as of last date of application).
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Law from a recognized University / National Law School / Institute.
• CLAT (PG) 2022 onwards score is mandatory.

Experience Preference

Candidates with experience in contractual matters, arbitration, legislative issues, or land acquisition will be given preference.

Contract Period and Salary

Contract Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance (maximum 3 years).

Remuneration

• ₹60,000 – ₹65,000 per month (freshers)
• ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month (with 1–2 years relevant experience)
• Annual increment: 5% based on performance.
