Internship Details

• Position: Legal Intern
• Location: Bangalore (In-office)
• Duration: 2 months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend: Provided
• Joining: Immediate
• Note: This internship does not offer a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer).

Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Legal Intern at Zinnov, you will gain exposure to live contract workflows, compliance processes, and corporate law practices. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in building and maintaining legal MIS & document repositories.
• Conducting legal research on commercial, corporate, labor, and data protection laws.
• Supporting contract lifecycle processes, trackers, and documentation.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and preparing legal updates.
• Reviewing and assisting with live contract workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing LL.B. (3rd year or above).
• Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Manupatra, SCC Online, etc.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and drafting skills.
