Competition Commission of India Internship

The Competition Commission of India (CCI), a premier regulatory body under the Government of India, is inviting applications for its Internship Programme 2025 (September–October batch). The CCI plays a crucial role in enforcing antitrust laws, curbing monopolistic practices, and promoting fair competition to safeguard consumer interests and ensure market transparency.

This internship offers students from diverse academic backgrounds the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to competition law, economics, management, and regulatory governance, while contributing to impactful policy research and analysis.

Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria

Economics and Management

• M.A. / M.Sc. in Economics
• Fourth and final-year students of a 5-year integrated programme in Economics
• MBA students

Law

• 2nd and 3rd year of the 3-year LL.B. degree course (after graduation)
• 4th and final year of the 5-year integrated LL.B. course
• Students entering 4th year after completing the 3rd-year exam
• LL.M. students

Regulatory Governance

• M.A. / M.Sc. in Regulatory Governance

Professional Courses

• Students of the final group of Chartered Accountancy (CA)
• Cost Accountancy (CMA) students
• Company Secretary (CS) students

Internship Stipend

Selected interns will receive an honorarium of ₹15,000/- per month during the internship.
