Responsibilities

As an Associate in the Corporate Department, you will be responsible for:

• Providing general corporate, transactional, and labour law advisory.
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents.
• Creating effective policies for corporate organisations.

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to independently manage tasks and interact with clients.
• Proficiency in soft skills and professional email communication.
• Willingness to work from Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:30 PM), with the second Saturday off.
