About National Judicial Academy (NJA)

The National Judicial Academy, chaired by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India, is fully funded by the Government of India. Located on a 62-acre world-class campus in Bhopal, the academy provides judicial education to judges from across India and abroad, undertakes legal research, and supports judicial reforms.

1. Research Fellow (Group-A)

• Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
• Vacancy: 01
• Eligibility: LLM with 5 years of teaching/research experience at a judicial or national-level institution/university OR Judicial Officer with 5 years’ service.
• Approx. Salary: ₹86,955/- per month

2. Manager – Documentation, Communication & Public Relations (Group-A)

• Pay Scale: Level-10 (₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500)
• Vacancy: 01
• Eligibility: Graduate with good English proficiency and minimum 5–8 years of experience in documentation and publication work in national-level institutions.
• Approx. Salary: ₹86,955/- per month

3. Assistant Accounts Officer (Group-B)

• Pay Scale: Level-7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
• Vacancy: 01
• Eligibility: Graduate in Commerce/Business Management (Finance) OR CMA/CA/SAS/Jr. Accounts certification with at least 3 years’ government/organization experience.
• Approx. Salary: ₹69,595/- per month

• Pay Scale: Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)

• Eligibility: Graduate with English shorthand, computer proficiency, and minimum 3 years’ work experience.
