Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the DLS Law Offices Internship 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be enrolled in the penultimate or final year of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
• Minimum CGPA of 8.0/10 or equivalent academic standing.
• At least two prior internships at reputed law firms or chambers in corporate or commercial law.
• Strong legal research and drafting abilities, preferably supported by published research or writing samples.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, securities law, and contract law.
• Familiarity with M&A documentation, compliance procedures, or arbitration will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to deliver accurate and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
