About ITM University Gwalior Moot Court Competition
The School of Law, ITM University, Gwalior, is proud to host the prestigious Arun Jaitley Memorial Moot Court Competition 2025 from November 14th to 16th, 2025. Organized in collaboration with SCC Online (Knowledge Partner) and SCC Times (Media Partner), this flagship national moot aims to bring together the brightest legal minds from across India.
About ITM University, Gwalior

Objective of the Moot Court Competition
The 2025 edition of ITMU’s Moot Court Competition is designed to:
- Enhance legal research and drafting skills
- Develop persuasive advocacy and courtroom etiquette
- Promote the spirit of legal debate and interpretation
Students will argue a complex constitutional and environmental law problem, testing their depth of knowledge, analytical reasoning, and oral presentation.

Eligibility & Team Composition
- Open to students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs across India
- Team Format: 2 Speakers + 1 Researcher
- Multiple teams allowed from the same institution
- Registration on a First-Come, First-Serve basis

- ₹3600 per team (Without accommodation)
