The Rajasthan High Court Legal Services Committee (RHCLSC), Jodhpur, has released an official notice inviting online applications for the empanelment of 60 panel lawyers across various legal domains. This initiative aims to provide free and competent legal assistance under the guidelines of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 and NALSA Regulations, 2010.
Purpose of Panel Recruitment
The panel lawyers will represent legally aided persons in matters such as Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Labour, Matrimonial, Environmental, and Juvenile Justice cases. The recruitment is intended to strengthen access to justice for the underprivileged and marginalized sections of society.

Qualification: RHCLSC Penal Advocate Vacancy
Applicants must fulfil the following conditions:
- Must be an advocate as per Section 2(i) of the Advocates Act, 1961
- Minimum 3 years of practice before Rajasthan High Court
- Active member of Rajasthan High Court Bar Association for the past three years
- Submission of minimum 5 final judgments independently argued (Category-specific)
- Willingness to provide free legal aid and not charge any client directly
- No history of disciplinary action or misconduct

- Printed copy of online application
- Five final judgments/orders as proof of independent arguments
- Self-attested Sanad/Bar registration certificate
- SC/ST/Disabled Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of Date of Birth (Matric/Certificate)
- Experience certificate from Rajasthan High Court Bar Association

Selection & Tenure
- Panel term: 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance
- Representation from SC/ST, Women, Differently Abled Advocates
- Preference to experienced advocates, in case of excess applications
- Mandatory participation in training sessions by NALSA & RSLSA
Honorarium & Code of Conduct
Panel lawyers will receive honorarium as per NALSA (Free and Competent Legal Services) Regulations, 2010. Strict adherence to ethical standards is required. Any misconduct may result in removal from the panel.
