Advocate Aditya Giri, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for a paid legal internship at his Delhi office for November and December 2025.
About Advocate Aditya Giri internship
This internship offers a rare opportunity to work directly under an Advocate-on-Record and gain hands-on experience in litigation practice before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and Tribunals across the country.
- Duration: 4–8 weeks
- Location: Jangpura, Delhi
- Mode: Physical (In-office)
Role and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in real legal work, providing practical exposure to litigation. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research on constitutional and procedural matters
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and applications
- Assisting in case preparation and hearings
- Reviewing and analysing case laws and statutory provisions
This internship is ideal for students passionate about litigation and court procedures, aiming to understand how advocacy functions in India’s highest judicial forums.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Law students in 4th year or above (5-year course) or 2nd year onward (3-year course)
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Interest in litigation and advocacy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
