ToggleBHRC Winter Internship Program 2025
The Bihar Human Rights Commission (BHRC), located at 9 Bailey Road, Patna, has officially announced its Winter Internship Program 2025-2026 for graduate-level law students. This four-week internship provides law students (both male and female) with an opportunity to gain practical exposure to human rights laws, inquiry procedures, and the administrative functioning of the Commission.
Overview: BHRC Winter Internship Program 2025
The BHRC will conduct a 4-week Winter Internship for law students. This program is designed to educate participants on human rights awareness, complaint mechanisms, case studies, and Commission working modules.

Students are advised to apply well before the deadline, as late applications will not be considered.
Eligibility Criteria: BHRC Winter Internship 2026
To qualify, applicants should:
- Be in their final year of study.
- Provide a valid recommendation letter with their application.
- Meet all program-specific requirements listed in the official notice.
Documentations
To apply, follow these steps:
- Handwritten Application Form: A handwritten application form is compulsory.
- Student Identity Card & Biodata: Attach a photocopy of your valid student ID and updated biodata.
- Recommendation Letter: A recommendation letter issued by the competent authority of your institution is required.
- It must be the original copy.
- The letter must be addressed to the Chairperson / Secretary, Bihar Human Rights Commission.
- Original Documents Submission (For Email Applicants)
- Students applying via email must submit original documents on the first day of internship (23.12.2025); otherwise, their candidature will be cancelled.
Internship Program Details
- Total Seats Available: 100
- Duration: Approximately one month.
- Age Limit: 15–25 years.
Terms and Conditions for BHRC Internship 2025
Before applying, students must be aware of the following important rules:
- Deadline Strictly Enforced
- Applications received after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
- Preference to Final-Year Law Students
- Candidates in their final year of law studies will receive preference.
- Mandatory Reporting on 23 December 2025
- If the student fails to report for internship on the first day, the application will be cancelled.
- 100% Attendance Required
- Full attendance is mandatory during the internship.
- Absence of more than one day will be mentioned in the certificate.
- Students attending less than 15 working days will not receive the certificate.
- Commission’s Discretion
- The BHRC reserves the right to cancel any application at any time.
