Position Overview
The chamber is inviting applications from candidates with 1–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). The role offers a dynamic work environment involving extensive drafting, research, and preparation of legal submissions for the Supreme Court of India.
Eligibility Criteria
- PQE Requirement
- Applicants must have 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation or related legal work.
- Drafting Skills
- Strong proficiency in drafting is essential.
- Prior experience in drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs) is mandatory.
- Legal Research Abilities
- Candidates should possess advanced research skills, including case-law analysis and statutory interpretation.
- The ability to present complex legal issues in a clear, structured manner is required.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- The role demands excellent analytical ability and the capacity to offer effective legal solutions.
- Independent Working Capacity
- Applicants must be capable of handling tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with the following background will be given preference:
Supreme Court litigation experience
- Exposure to arbitration matters, including drafting, case management, and hearings
- Strong understanding of procedural laws and constitutional matters
