Internship Opportunity: December 2025
- Position: Legal Intern
- Duration: 1 to 3 Months
- Location: New Delhi
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Stipend: Based on experience and performance
This internship ensures hands-on training through active participation in case research, drafting work, groundwork, client assistance, and court visits. Interns work under senior lawyers and receive assignments similar to those handled by practicing associates, making it one of the best litigation internships in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
During this internship, selected candidates will gain exposure to:
- Drafting legal petitions, replies, notices, and applications
- Assisting in ongoing litigation matters
- Attending court hearings and observing arguments
- Conducting detailed legal research
- Preparing case summaries & briefs
- Groundwork related to case management
- Supporting attorneys in arbitration and dispute resolution matters
Who Can Apply? – Eligibility Criteria
Shandilya Law Offices is looking for motivated and disciplined law students who possess:
- Strong drafting and writing skills
- Good communication abilities
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Excellent legal research aptitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Practical understanding of legal groundwork
- Keen interest in litigation and advisory matters
- Willingness to attend courts and assist in legal arguments

Leave Policy
Interns may avail four (4) casual leaves, but prior intimation is mandatory.
