Eligibility Criteria

Students applying for the December 2025 internship must meet the following requirements:

• Currently in the penultimate year (4th year of 5-year LL.B. / 2nd year of 3-year LL.B.) or final year of law school

• Good command over English and legal drafting
• Interest or prior exposure to litigation, corporate, or commercial laws
• Preference for students residing in New Delhi due to the in-person nature of the internship
