The National Legal Rights Consortium – WICCI, in collaboration with Parul University, has officially announced NITI RACHNA: National Policy Drafting and Presentation Competition 2025. This prestigious national-level platform invites undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines to propose impactful, innovative, and evidence-based public policy solutions.

Designed for aspiring policy thinkers, analysts, and leaders, the competition encourages participants to address pressing real-world governance challenges using creativity, research, and critical reasoning. Students may participate individually or as a team, making it a highly flexible and inclusive opportunity.
