The IUP Law Review, a reputed peer-reviewed quarterly journal published by The IUP Publications, in collaboration with the Centre for Excellence in Corporate and Commercial Laws (CfECCL), ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, has officially announced a Call for Papers for its Special Issue on Antitrust and Taxation Laws. This special issue aims to promote high-quality research at the intersection of competition law and taxation frameworks in India and globally.

Abstract & Keyword Guidelines: Taxation Law Research Paper

Every manuscript must include:

• ✅ Abstract: 250–300 words
• ✅ Keywords: 5–8 carefully chosen keywords

The abstract should clearly highlight the research problem, method, and contribution of the paper.

Submission & Publication Guidelines

1. The manuscript must be original and unpublished.
2. Plagiarism limit: Maximum 10%
3. AI similarity limit: Maximum 15%
4. Turnitin plagiarism and AI reports are mandatory.
5. The paper must not be under consideration elsewhere.
6. Submissions are accepted only through the official Google Form.
7. Entries submitted through email or other platforms will be rejected.
8. All selected papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
9. Footnotes must follow the IUP Publication citation style.
10. Copyright will vest exclusively with IUP Publications.
