Eligibility and Duration

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated students who are ready to commit to a rigorous learning schedule.

• Eligibility:
  • Final (5th) year law students from the B.A. LL.B. course.
  • Final (3rd) year students from the LL.B. course.
• Duration:
  • Minimum internship duration is 1 month.

Key Responsibilities: Gain Practical Legal Skills

As an intern, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing directly to ongoing cases and firm activities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Case Preparation & Drafting: Assist in the drafting and preparation of various legal documents, including petitions and appeals, across different judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Filing Procedures: Help in the practical process of filing cases in various courts and tribunals.
• Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on assigned cases and points of law.
• Court Visits: Participate in visits to the Supreme Court of India, High Court, and various tribunals, gaining invaluable exposure to court etiquette and proceedings.
• Briefing & Documentation: Assist in preparing briefing notes and case summaries.
• Team Support: Undertake additional administrative and legal tasks as assigned by the partners and associates.
