The primary responsibilities will include:

  • In-depth Legal Research: Conducting thorough research on complex legal matters across various practice areas.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Preparing and refining essential legal documentation, including:
    • Pleadings (e.g., plaints, written statements)
    • Notices (e.g., legal notices, termination notices)
    • Contracts and commercial agreements
    • Legal Opinions and memoranda

This experience is designed to significantly enhance your legal drafting skills and understanding of practical litigation and transactional work.

Location & Compensation Details: Malaviya Law Chambers Legal Internship

  • Office Location: The firm is situated in South Delhi, a prime legal and business hub.
  • Work Arrangement: While the position is primarily office-based, the chambers offer the option of remote legal internship when the nature of the work permits, ensuring flexibility.
  • Compensation: All selected interns will receive compensation/stipend for the internship period.
