The Chambers of Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Mehta, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is now accepting applications for full-time, in-person internships on a rolling basis for the period January 2026 to March 2026. This prestigious internship offers aspiring law students an opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to judicial research, case analysis, and the Supreme Court’s functioning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from highly motivated law students who meet the following criteria:
- 4th or 5th year students of a 5-year integrated B.A./B.B.A. LL.B. programme (or equivalent).
- 3rd year students enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. programme.
This opportunity is ideal for students aiming to enhance their legal research skills and understand judicial processes closely.

🔹 Applicants may apply for more than one slot, but each slot requires a separate application.

Applications must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the beginning of the chosen internship slot.
Early submission is strongly recommended due to competitive selection.
Selection Process
- Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email or phone approximately 2 weeks before the start of their preferred internship period.
- If you do not receive any communication by then, your application has not been selected.
- Due to the high volume of applications, individual updates or status checks will not be entertained.
