Educational Qualification & Experience

Each discipline has specific qualification and experience requirements. In general:

• Candidates must possess a relevant Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree / Professional qualification
• Required experience ranges from 2 to 5 years, depending on the post

Special Note for Law Discipline

• LLB (3-year or 5-year integrated course) with 2 years’ experience, or
• Graduation with 5 years’ experience
• Independent legal practice is counted as valid experience

⚠️ Only full-time, post-qualification experience will be considered. Experience gained through internships, training, teaching, or academic projects will not be accepted.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be carried out through a Computer-Based Written Test (CBT) followed by Document Verification.

Pay Scale & Service Bond: HCL Legal PSU job under Government of India

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed in the pay scale of: ₹30,000 – 3% increment – ₹1,20,000 (E0 Grade)

Service Agreement Bond

• Amount: ₹3,00,000
• Bond Period: 3 years from the date of joining
