The National Law School of India University (NLSIU), in collaboration with Harvard Law School (HLS), invites applications for “CopyrightX: NLSIU 2026”, a prestigious comparative copyright law course for the upcoming trimester. This globally recognised programme is part of the CopyrightX initiative by Harvard Law School and is open to students and professionals across South Asia.

About CopyrightX: NLSIU

CopyrightX: NLSIU is an 8-week hybrid course running from March 2, 2026 to April 30, 2026. The course is affiliated with the CopyrightX programme taught at Harvard Law School by Prof. William Fisher and Prof. Ruth Okediji, and is locally coordinated at NLSIU by Prof. Arul George Scaria.

The programme is designed to provide deep theoretical and practical insights into copyright law, with a strong comparative focus on Indian and US copyright regimes.

  • 🎓 Successful candidates receive a certificate from Harvard Law School
