Solventia – Journal of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, NLU Jodhpur is a reputed bi-annual, double-blind peer-reviewed journal established to promote cutting-edge research in the field of insolvency and bankruptcy law. The journal invites original manuscripts from law students, academicians, and legal practitioners for its Volume III, Issue 1 (2026) edition.
About Solventia Journal
Solventia focuses exclusively on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, covering both:
- Indian insolvency framework
- International and comparative insolvency regimes
- Legal and policy-oriented scholarship

Mandatory Requirements
- Abstract: Max 200 words
- File Format: .doc / .docx only
- Citation Style: OSCOLA (4th Edition)
- No table of contents or numbered paragraphs
- No author details in manuscript (for blind review)
- Author bio to be filled separately in Google Form
Plagiarism & AI Usage Policy

Editorial Review Process
Solventia follows a three-stage blind review conducted by the Editorial Board.
- Final decision after completion of review
- Editors may ask authors to revise manuscripts
- No advance decisions based on abstract or proposal
- The Journal does not charge any publication fee
Copyright Policy
Once published:
- Copyright transfers to National Law University, Jodhpur
- Any future publication or reproduction requires prior permission from Solventia
How to Submit?
✔ Manuscripts must be submitted only through the Google Form
✔ A declaration confirming originality and exclusive submission is mandatory
✔ Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year
