The Competition Commission of India is a statutory authority under the Competition Act, 2002, entrusted with ensuring fair competition in Indian markets and preventing anti-competitive practices.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must belong to any one of the following categories:
- 2nd or 3rd year of 3-Year LL.B. course (after graduation)
- 4th or final year of 5-Year Integrated Law Course (must have passed 3rd year)
- LL.M. students
Internship Duration
- Normally 1 month, starting from the first working day of the month
- Candidates may also apply for 2–3 months internship with proper recommendation from their college/university
Stipend Details
- ₹15,000 per month as honorarium
Total Seats Available
- 15 interns per month
Certification
- On successful completion and mentor’s approval, interns will receive a Digital Certificate of Internship via email.
