About Paid Legal Internship at Unacademy 2026

Unacademy is inviting applications 2025-2026 for a Paid Legal Internship in Bangalore focused on Contract Law. This is a great opportunity for law students and fresh law graduates who want hands-on experience in managing and reviewing corporate contracts in a fast-growing ed-tech company.

Internship Highlights

• Internship Type: Offline / On-site
• Location: Bangalore (Bengaluru)
• Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
• Duration: 3 to 6 Months
• Domain: Contract Law & Legal Documentation

This is a professional paid internship (not an assessment-based program). Selected interns will work directly with the legal team at Unacademy’s head office in Bangalore, gaining real-world exposure to contract management and corporate legal operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Selected interns will be responsible for:

• 📂 Maintaining a repository of legal contracts and related documents daily
• 🗂 Organising the contracts database as per business requirements
• 📑 Reviewing and summarising contracts to extract key information such as:
  • Names of parties
  • Effective date of the contract
  • Duration / term of the agreement
  • Important commercial and legal details
• 🤝 Coordinating with internal teams to collect contract-related data and documents

Eligibility Criteria

• Be currently pursuing a law degree or be a law graduate
• Be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bengaluru for the internship
