The Office of Advocate (Adv.) Sohan Gunjal, Pune is inviting applications from enthusiastic law students for a 3-month legal internship 2026 focused on court practice, legal drafting, and litigation research. This internship provides hands-on exposure in the Pune District & Sessions Court, courts across Maharashtra, and the Bombay High Court (Principal & Kolhapur Benches).

Internship Overview

• Location: Pune, with travel across Maharashtra & Bombay High Court

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. Students: 2nd or 3rd Year
• B.A. LL.B. Students: Above 2nd Year
• Both Full-Time & Part-Time Students are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Interns will actively participate in litigation-related work, including:

• Drafting:
  • Plaint
  • Petitions & Writ Petitions
  • Legal Notices & Applications
• Conducting legal research and case law analysis
• Assisting during court proceedings
• Supporting daily litigation and case management activities

Skills Required

• Strong command over written and spoken English
• Interest in court practice and litigation
• Professional attitude with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn under real courtroom pressure
