Justice R. Mahadevan Internship 2026

The Office of Hon’ble Mr Justice R. Mahadevan, Judge, Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for a full-time physical judicial internship on a rolling basis up to March 2026. This prestigious opportunity allows law students to gain real courtroom exposure at the apex court of the country.

About the Supreme Court Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in constitutional and appellate litigation at the Supreme Court level. Interns work closely with the judicial office and gain deep insights into court functioning, case management, and judicial research.

Internship Responsibilities

Selected interns will be involved in:

• Preparing case notes and briefs
• Conducting detailed legal research
• Observing and assisting in court proceedings
• Understanding judicial processes at the highest level

Eligibility Criteria

Only the following students are eligible to apply:

• 5-Year LL.B. Programme: 3rd year and above
• 3-Year LL.B. Programme: 2nd year and above

Important Dates

• Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until March 2026
• Last Date to Apply: 15th of the preceding month of your preferred internship month
• Shortlist Notification: By 22nd of the preceding month
• Interview Mode: Virtual / Online
