This opportunity is strictly for candidates with prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters and is ideal for those looking to build a long-term career in insolvency law and practice.

About the Opportunity

If you are passionate about the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and wish to work closely with industry experts on real-time insolvency assignments, this role offers hands-on exposure to core IBC processes and stakeholder management.

The firm is looking for one paid legal assessment intern and one associate, with a minimum commitment of 6 months, preferably for long-term association.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates must have prior IBC experience and belong to one of the following backgrounds:

• ⚖️ Law Graduates
• 📊 Chartered Accountants (CA)

• 🎓 Candidates from similar professional backgrounds

Preferred IBC Exposure (Must Highlight on CV)

Applicants with hands-on or academic experience in the following areas will be preferred:

• CIRP (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Liquidation Proceedings
• PPIRP (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process)
• Personal Guarantor (PG) Insolvency Cases

Work Profile & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be involved in:

• Assistance to Insolvency Professionals (IPs)
• Participation in CoC / SCC meetings
• Legal drafting and documentation
• Verification of claims
• Other insolvency-related legal and procedural work
