Internship Duration
- Minimum: 1 Month
- Extension: Up to 3–6 months, based on performance and mutual interest
Practice Areas
Interns will gain exposure to the following areas of law:
- Taxation Law
- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
- Commercial Laws
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
- Land Acquisition Matters
Nature of Work
Selected interns will be involved in:
- Assisting in case briefs and legal research notes
- Attending and observing court proceedings before:
- Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
- Delhi High Court
- Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse and contemporary legal issues
- Supporting litigation work under professional guidance
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be law students, preferably:
- 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course, or
- Final year of a 3-year LL.B. course
- Have a genuine interest in litigation
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills
