This internship offers practical experience in litigation, legal research, and court proceedings, providing interns with a strong foundation in real-world legal practice.

Internship Duration

  • Minimum: 1 Month
  • Extension: Up to 3–6 months, based on performance and mutual interest

Practice Areas

Interns will gain exposure to the following areas of law:

  • Taxation Law
  • Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
  • Commercial Laws
  • Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
  • Land Acquisition Matters

Nature of Work

Selected interns will be involved in:

  • Assisting in case briefs and legal research notes
  • Attending and observing court proceedings before:
    • Hon’ble Supreme Court of India
    • Delhi High Court
  • Conducting in-depth legal research on diverse and contemporary legal issues
  • Supporting litigation work under professional guidance

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be law students, preferably:
    • 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course, or
    • Final year of a 3-year LL.B. course
  • Have a genuine interest in litigation
  • Possess strong legal research and drafting skills

Mode of Internship

  • Remote, or
  • Hybrid (as per mutual convenience)
