Who Can Submit?

Submissions are strictly limited to professionals and scholars, including:

  • Academicians and faculty members
  • Judicial officers

Student submissions are not accepted

📌 Maximum Authors Allowed: Two (2)

Types of Submissions & Word Limits

The journal accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

  • Articles: 7,000 – 8,000 words
  • Essays: 5,000 – 6,000 words
  • Notes / Comments: 3,000 – 4,000 words
  • Case Comments: 3,000 – 4,000 words
  • Book Reviews: 1,500 – 2,500 words

✔ Word limit includes footnotes
✔ Each submission must include:

  • An abstract (maximum 250 words)
  • Five (5) keywords

Submission Guidelines (Quick Overview)

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished
  • Submissions must not be under consideration elsewhere
  • There are no Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • Submissions must be sent only via email
  • Authors must provide a signed warranty confirming originality and rights

Cover Letter Requirements

Each submission must be accompanied by a detailed cover letter including:

  • Author name(s), designation, and institutional affiliation
  • Corresponding author’s email address
  • Confirmation of originality and copyright ownership
  • Assurance of citation accuracy
  • Declaration of compliance with journal policies
  • Statement confirming the manuscript is not published or submitted elsewhere

  • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word
  • Follow British spelling with ‘z’ usage (e.g., recognize, organize)
  • Use Bluebook (21st Edition) for citations
  • Single quotes preferred; block quotes for long quotations
  • Figures and tables must be properly numbered and cited
