The appointment will be made on a Deputation/Absorption basis in Level-7 Pay Matrix (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400).

Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Candidates
Officials currently working in:
- Central Government
- State Governments
- Union Territories
Service Requirement
Applicants must:
- Hold analogous posts on a regular basis, OR
- Have 5 years of regular service in Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) or equivalent.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from:
- A University established under Central/State Act, or
- A deemed/foreign university approved by the Central Government.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in legal matters in:
- Central or State Government, or
- Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or
- Listed Private Sector Organisations.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 56 years
- Age to be calculated as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
Tenure of Deputation
- Normal deputation period: Up to 3 years
- Includes previous deputation or short-term contracts in ex-cadre posts.
