About the Trainee Associate Role

This is a training-oriented litigation role designed to provide hands-on courtroom exposure rather than limited desk work. Selected candidates will work closely with experienced litigators and gain practical insights into dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observing and attending court proceedings and hearings
  • Conducting legal research and assisting in drafting pleadings and applications
  • Supporting case preparation and litigation strategy
  • Understanding dispute management from filing to trial stages
