Experience Required

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following experience criteria:

• Around 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Prior experience in:
  • Capital markets
  • Transaction advisory
  • General corporate law
• Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work proactively with senior team members

Educational Qualifications

Applicants must fulfill the following academic requirements:

• LL.B. degree from a reputed institution
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
• ICSI Membership – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

The selected Associate will be responsible for:

• Handling capital market transactions, including:
  • Legal due diligence
  • Participation in DRHP/RHP drafting sessions
  • Compliance with SEBI regulations (LODR, ICDR, delisting, etc.)
• Drafting and reviewing:
  • Transaction documents
  • Ancillary and commercial agreements
• Preparing legal opinions and advisory notes under:
  • Companies Act, 2013
  • FEMA
  • FCRA
  • Applicable SEBI regulations
• Advising clients on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters
• Liaising with regulatory authorities when required
