About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities and Work Exposure
Selected candidates will gain practical experience in the following areas:
1. Drafting of Merger and Demerger Schemes
- Assist in preparing merger and restructuring documents
- Work on corporate restructuring matters
- Learn practical aspects of business reorganizations
2. Transaction Documents and Commercial Agreements
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Work on shareholder agreements and business agreements
- Understand the legal structure of corporate transactions
3. End-to-End Transactional Support
- Assist in complete corporate transactions
- Support due diligence and documentation processes
- Work closely with senior lawyers and clients
4. Corporate Advisory Services
- Provide support in corporate legal advisory matters
- Assist companies in compliance and legal structuring
- Gain exposure to real corporate legal challenges
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Lawyers (LLB / LLM graduates) OR Company Secretaries (CS)
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Interest in corporate law and transactions
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in corporate practice
