Job Profile: Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting

This role focuses on protecting brand rights and preventing the circulation of counterfeit goods in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor field investigations and enforcement activities
• Coordinate raids, search, and seizure operations with law enforcement
• Analyze market intelligence and counterfeit trends
• Handle field operations independently
• Support brand enforcement strategy and compliance

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 🎓 Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Law degree preferred)
• 💼 Work Experience:
  • 3 to 5 years of practical experience in:
    • Brand protection
    • Anti-counterfeiting
    • Investigation agencies, in-house teams, or law firms
• 🧠 Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of Indian Intellectual Property laws
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills
  • Ability to work independently in field operations
  • Excellent communication skills
• 🗣 Language Requirement:
  • English proficiency (mandatory)
  • Hindi proficiency (preferred)
