Eligibility Criteria for SEBI Young Professional Program

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Must be an Indian citizen

Essential Skills Required

Candidates should have:

• Understanding of financial markets
• Research and analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and judgment abilities

Educational Qualification and Experience (Domain-Wise)

Young Professional (Law)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 60%
• Minimum 1 year experience in:
  • Corporate law
  • Securities law

Preference:

• Experience in financial or securities sector

Young Professional (Securities Market Operations)

Qualification:

• MBA (Finance) OR
• CA / CS / CMA OR
• CFA

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year in financial sector

Young Professional (Research)

Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in:

  • Finance
  • Commerce
  • Econometrics
  • Statistics

Preference:

• PhD candidates

Young Professional (Information Technology)
