Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this Junior Associate position should meet the following requirements:

• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and eligible to appear before courts
• Strong interest in litigation, arbitration, corporate, and family disputes
• Excellent drafting and legal research skills
• Strong command over language and legal writing
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and professionally responsible
• Prior courtroom exposure (preferred but not mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate at ASD Legal, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in court appearances and litigation strategy
• Drafting pleadings, applications, legal notices, agreements, and opinions
• Conducting in-depth legal research
• Coordinating with clients and preparing case files
• Assisting senior counsel in complex litigation and arbitration matters
