Positions Available at CCG (Full-Time & Part-Time)
1️⃣ Full-Time Research Positions
CCG is hiring for the following roles:
- Analysts (0–2 years’ experience) – 5 positions
- Project Officers (2+ years’ experience) – 5 positions
- Programme Officers (3+ years’ experience) – 5 positions
- Project/Programme/Team Lead/Manager (4+ years’ experience) – 3 positions
A Master’s degree from a reputed institution may count toward experience.
2️⃣ Part-Time Consultant Roles
- Contract-based research roles
- Project-specific duration
- Work on privacy, AI, blockchain, cyber security, and digital regulation
- Ideal for subject-matter experts and independent researchers

Key Responsibilities
✔ Research & Policy Work
- Conduct academic and policy research
- Draft research papers, reports, briefs, blogs, and op-eds
- Analyse legislation, regulations, and policy frameworks
- Develop policy recommendations
✔ Representation & Outreach
- Represent CCG at conferences and public events
- Engage with government bodies and stakeholders
- Participate in media discussions
✔ Institutional Development
- Organise workshops and events
- Assist in fundraising and grant writing
- Build research collaborations and networks
✔ Leadership Roles (For Senior Positions)
- Mentor junior researchers
- Shape CCG’s strategic direction
- Manage teams and research projects
- Strengthen institutional capacity
Eligibility & Qualifications
CCG welcomes applicants from:
- Law
- Social Sciences
- Public Policy
- Economics
- International Affairs
- Development Studies
- Technology (B.Sc./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security with policy interest)
Preference May Be Given To Candidates With:
- Experience in human rights, constitutional law, technology law
- Research on gender, youth, or marginalised communities
- Strong independent research ability
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Leadership experience (for managerial roles)
