About the Centre for Regulatory Studies and Corporate Governance

- Performing Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) before and after regulatory implementation
- Creating databases of regulatory and judicial decisions
- Promoting research on corporate governance and financial regulation

The selected professor will play a key role in establishing and leading this centre.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the professor position should meet the following requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Governance, or related fields
- Ph.D. with at least 10 years of teaching or research experience, OR
- Minimum 20 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong record of research publications, policy work, or project leadership
Preferred qualifications include experience in regulatory policy design, impact assessment, or advisory roles with regulators.
Key Skills and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing research and policy initiatives related to regulatory governance.
Major responsibilities include:
- Conducting research on financial regulation and market governance
- Leading regulatory impact assessments
- Publishing policy papers and research reports

Salary and Posting
- Compensation equivalent to Level 14 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
