Theme of the Competition
The moot problem focuses on Criminal Law and Constitutional Law.
Participants will examine issues such as:
- Media accountability
- Freedom of speech
- Maintenance of public order
- Police powers and encounter scrutiny
- Judicial oversight and intervention
- Centre–State investigation mechanisms
This theme allows participants to analyze complex legal conflicts between individual rights and state authority.
Eligibility Criteria
Students can participate if they:
- Are enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programmes
- Study in an institution recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI)
- Register through the official competition form
