About Fox Mandal Internship 2026

The internship is designed to provide practical experience in corporate law under the guidance of experienced legal professionals. Interns will work closely with the corporate team on real client matters and develop strong transactional and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities of Corporate Law Interns

Selected interns will be involved in the following activities:

• Assisting in corporate and commercial transactions
• Supporting corporate advisory matters
• Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements, including:
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Employment agreements
  • Ancillary corporate documentation
• Conducting legal research on corporate and regulatory issues

Eligibility Criteria
