Internship Role: Assessment Intern – Insurance & Consumer Law

This internship is designed for law students who wish to gain hands-on experience in litigation and legal drafting related to insurance and consumer disputes.

Scope of Work

Selected interns will be involved in:

• Legal research and case analysis
• Drafting of consumer complaints and written statements
• Preparation of legal notices, appeals, and petitions
• Insurance policy and claim analysis
• Assistance in ongoing litigation before:
  • Consumer Commissions
  • Courts and legal forums

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• 4th or 5th year students of a 5-year LL.B. course, or
• Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. course
• Prior internship experience in litigation or legal drafting (preferred)
• Strong interest in Insurance Law and Consumer Law
