Internship Overview

Position: Compliance & Litigation Intern
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (In-Office)
Start Date: 23 February 2026
Total Openings: 4
Minimum Duration: 6 Months

Internship Structure and Stipend

The internship is divided into two phases:

• First 3 Months: Unpaid training period
• Next 3 Months: Paid internship (Stipend + Travel Allowance based on performance)

This structure allows interns to learn and then transition into paid practical work.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will gain experience in both compliance and litigation areas:

Legal Research and Drafting

• Draft legal documents, contracts, and policies
• Prepare compliance reports
• Conduct legal research

Litigation Exposure

• Assist in court-related legal work
• Draft compliance checklists
• Prepare legal notices
• Attend court hearings and case follow-ups

Compliance and Corporate Work

• Assist in legal compliance audits
• Support creation of compliance frameworks
• Work on regulatory compliance matters

Mentorship and Learning

• Learn from experienced lawyers
• Gain exposure to corporate governance and taxation

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

• Be Law Students:
  • 3rd year or above (5-year course), OR
  • 2nd year or above (3-year LL.B.)
• Have their own laptop
• Preferably based in Navi Mumbai
