Eligibility Criteria for DPIIT-IPR Chair Professor

Academic Eligibility

• Have served as a Professor or Associate Professor, or

• IPR Attorneys with at least 10 years of practice in Intellectual Property Law

• Retired officials from the IP Office under CGPDTM possessing:
