TeamLease Regtech is looking for a driven Legal Research professional to join our growing team!

Role Overview

As part of the Legal Research team, you’ll dive deep into statutory acts, gazettes, policies, and more to help us build and refine a robust compliance database. You’ll also work closely with corporate CXOs and compliance officers, helping decode complex laws into clear, actionable steps

Experience:

1 year in Legal Research

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret Central & State Acts, Notifications, and Policies
• Identify actionable vs. non-actionable compliances
• Finalize industry-specific compliance applicability
• Continuously update our compliance platform based on legal research
• Address feedback raised during quality reviews

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in legal compliance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence to engage with CXOs and senior professionals
