Practice areas

The primary base is at the Delhi High Court and also appears regularly before various district courts and tribunals.

Internship exposure includes

• Assisting with case law research
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, written submissions, and briefs
• Preparing case summaries, briefing notes, and hearing memos
• Attending court and arbitration proceedings to observe oral arguments
• Exposure to case file management and compliance with court filing standards
• Insight into strategy discussions, client briefings, and chamber conferences
